No longer supported

Im not sure if this company has change hands or maybe just dissolved, but they no longer are answering support issues. I had a lifetime Anytime Pack because of purchasing Version 1 of their app several years ago. And now it just quit working. Upon inquiring about it they first said, well, weve recently cleaned up our databases...
Cleaned up their databases? My account was deleted. :(
They said theyd check into and Ive asked about it a few more times but they wont ever get back to me. I think the company must be gone or dying, but they still have their app in the store.
I would strongly recommend looking at other options if your in the market for an app like this.
