I’m not super techy, and I was able to download this and quickly set it up. I can now remotely login to my Mac from my iPhone or iPad. It’s amazing really, 100% recommend!

I purchased the original, PERPETUAL version of this app and used it for the week I needed it. Guess what's been abandoned in favor of a monthly subscription? Unimpressed. You won't get another penny from me.

How are you going to make someone go through the whole process on the phone and machine, to then try and sneak in a monthly fee. How about charge for your app up front?

I have be looking for apps to play games from my laptop anywhere but I can’t find any, this one looked promising but the feature I was looking for was locked behind a pay wall, I get that it’s cheap, I still don’t really have the money. If you reply, please try to recommend apps with the anywhere feature that may be free. Please and thank you!

I was using it for ten minutes and when i reopened it and tried to connect to it. Splashtop made me pay which i didnt. It told me that my computer wasn’t on the same network. Awful app one star. P. S it told me they werent on the same network. Fix this. Because i Liked how to worked until it said they were not on the same network

I'm tech support for my family and the false positive commercial detections from TeamViewer were so incredibly frustrating - but their paid plans were both too business focused and way too expensive for me to retrofit into personal use. Splashtop fits the bill, offering dedicated paid personal plans (I'm using the personal with Anywhere Access) so I can pay a reasonable price to support my family from afar. The features are equal, and the UI is far better than TeamViewer. I'm using it on iPhone, Mac, and Windows. Love it so far.

Splashtop changed their policy to no longer support connections not in the same network. Immediately cancelling my subscription. I can do the same with RDP on my local network

It does not work on iOS devices due to Apple, note not noted in any of their marketing. 2 hrs wasted in iPhones, iPad, and MacBook before only being told by tech support.

I can basically never get this software to display on mobile. I only ever get a black screen once connected and no amount of googling has lead me to a solution.

Constantly on the run from multiple offices & needing to be at 3 places at the same time, My co workers call me Superman thanks to this APP.

I was able to install the IOS app for free. Will a fee be required to install the desktop application on a Windows desktop?

Anything to upsell people right? Half the time it says it's not on the same network when it's getting it's Internet access from the computer that I am trying to access. What a joke! Need to find a substitute with a good interface. That's the High Point of this app.

I’m using this app for last 7 years or so never had any issues but recently I’ve had issues with it and it has been almost 3-4 days now since that we have not received any updates from tech support about it my request is can someone help us with app issues thx

Frustrating to not be able to use the service you paid for.

I have used both the free personal version and the business version of Splashtop for years and it has always been very reliable. As far as the computer you’re accessing remotely is turned on and online, you can count on being able to control it remotely. To me the interphase is very intuitive and it also adapts to your style as a trackpad or like a touch screen

I inferred I could support an iPhone from an iPhone. Alas this was not the case Looking for something else to support my 85 year old mother when she has issues using her iPhone.

Haha never had a Tech Support Department tell me, "the network configuration of a phone would unfortunately be out of our realm of expertise... this would have to be self-researched... our only suggestion would be doing some more self research as to why" before lol App is almost a 10/10 when works, its like a 9.9/10 or 9.8/10 app. My 2013 iphone had no problems, 2021 iphone gave me problems until app became impossible to use.

Works great on the fly. Only challenge I’ve had is right-clicking on a trackpad when using a MacBook Pro to remote into a Windows computer. The standard Command Key to CTRL key conversion to Windows doesn’t behave the same way when remotes in to a Windows operating system. No issue however when using Splashtop on an Apple iPhone or iPad as the phone/tablet versions of the app support and tap + hold gesture to make the “right-click” menu appear.

This app does everything it says. I’m most impressed with the small size. Apps nowadays are super bloated even basic ones. So I am always pleased when the developer actually knows what they are doing and aren’t super lazy I recommend this to all my colleagues.

Ok so I readed the reviews just in case it's legit and it is but once I downloaded for my self it asked me for an account, So I don't trust it and I'm guessing that the 5 star reviews are hacked by the dev by just logging in to it. (I don't trust it and I shouldn't want your account to be at risk so please don't download it and start signing up)

The remote computer for some reason stopped responding to my taps on my phone…. Needed to access a remote computer and no luck …maybe my software is not updated.

Absolutely the best little app! I couldn’t live without it. Flawless.

Why change something that’s not broken? I have to agree with that statement as Splashtop has become my go-to for computer access anywhere. It works great, and has very little latency. It’s soo low I’ll sometimes use my phone as a screen to play PC games and comfortably play. I just wish they’d become more progressive with their features, for example -I mentioned gaming with splashtop. Imagine if you could use Splashtop to game with your phone using your PC to do all the work. Imagine having a controller button layout on your phone/splashtop that works with video games on your computer. A lot of games support controller layout, it wouldn’t be to hard of a task to do I imagine anyways.. I could be completely wrong. -Number pad. I wish splashtop had a number pad. That’s the only two things stopping me from giving splashtop a 5 star. It’s been in the same state for as long as I can remember with very little noticeable progression in updates. But again, why change something that’s not broken? So I get where they are coming from.

Can’t get over how great Splashtop is. Never have issues with it, and use it all the time to access my rig while at school. Very fast and efficient app. UI is great. Only thing is I could hide the cursor and completely hide the mouse buttons in trackpad mode.

After upgrading to iOS 8, it keep on crashing after trying to connects. Pls fix. Love this app when it works.

I used to LOVE this app. I used it for everything. I used with while streaming to switch scenes if I had to suddenly leave the room, controlling my pc from bed etc. AS SOON AS I UPGRADED TO THE ANYWHERE PACK IT BEGAN TO CLOSE ON ITS OWN, RANDOMLY DISCONNECT, AND HONESTLY ITS BARELY USABLE NOW. Update: Years later, same issues. I haven’t used the paid version in a while in hopes that they’d work out the kinks but it’s still as unable as before. Changing from 3 stars to 2 stars. I wish there were a way to downgrade the app to the unpaid version.

I use to love this app but I hadn’t needed to use it for a couple of years; I wanted to start using it again so I tried to sign in but to my surprise It tells me I’m not registered 🙄 whatever I create an account again and login to my iPad but now the issue is when I click on my computer I want to access it takes me to upgrade my personal use to another product with no way to exit this screen to get to my computer. So basically trying to force me to upgrade which won’t be happening

Thank you Splashtop Business Access! This is exactly what I'm looking for, now I can access my PC from anywhere, and if my game disconnects, I use this app to connect it right back! (The sign up trouble I had earlier was bc I included a symbol in my password of choice, so ignore that review).

Easy to use and fast!

Although you need good Wi-Fi to do this it’s excellent I can access my of so easily and it will actually do it in real time super impressed would recommend!

The features of this app are phenomenal, it works. But they should say somewhere to NOT let anyone log into your computer as they can make your screen black or your keyboard and mouse inputs useless.

I enjoy this app, it works very well other than a couple glitches every so often. I would enjoy this app more if I could use Bluetooth devices on my phone to my pc over wifi.

Why is making a password so hard

Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling, on both my iphone and pc. I guess you have to pay for personal over the wifi now cause i tried everything and it keeps taking me to the purchase page. Sad. Really liked this app too. Had it for well over a year

I purchased the Personal Edition a few years ago, and when I was in an office it allowed me to connect to my home pc. Great. Now I just want to connect within my home lan (which at one point did not require a subscription). Now it seems to ☹️. What’s going on?

So basically I was playing Minecraft and my screen was going crazy and I couldn’t drag my cursor because it would just move the entire screen on my phone

Well about 10 yrs ago I had a computer and a I pad so I was Looking for some cool apps for it so I ran across this one called Splashtop Personal well I read up on it it said can get to you’re computer remotely from phone iPad or computer so I said too my self now that be cool so they had it for half price So I got it i said man there No way this can work so I got User name and pass word and I click from network and it said connect was Sussful on my screen so. I went too my computer. There it was I moved the mouse and it moved it on the computer that was amazing I was big stuffed u know but I still got it and always will just wanted too share Barry Bp1216.
